How Do I Order?
How do I place an order?
1. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button underneath the product you would like. Once you are happy with your choices, click on the ‘checkout’ button in your shopping cart at the top right of the page. Fill in all necessary details.

2. Select your choice of payment method and proceed with the payment.

3. Once we have confirmed payment we will dispatch within a couple of hours and send your tracking details through to you. Your parcel will arrive soon!

Procedure for collection or receipt of parcel:
Depending on your selected postage method:
For normal mail, you will need to use your tracking number provided to collect your parcel from the post office within your delivery address area to collect.
For overnight counter-to-counter the same procedure as above but usually available for collection within 1 day after despatch.
For Door-to-door, someone needs to be available at the specified address to accept the parcel once it is delivered – also usually within 1 or 2 days after despatch.

How Quick Do I Receive My Order?
Most orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be shipped that same day that work is completed. If your order is placed outside of working hours 9-5 (Monday – Friday), it may be shipped the next working day depending on stock availability and the workload at the workshop.

Returns & Replacements
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, we will replace immediately and request that the faulty product be returned in it’s original unused conditon.
Is May Payment Safe?
YES – ABSOLUTELY! We offer the safety and convenience of making your payment by EFT / Cash deposit or Credit Card. The Credit card facility with Payfast.co.za is 100% safe and secure

We have a large variety of Awards, Trophies and Gifts from numerous manufacturers across the globe. If you do not see a product you’re looking for please contact us via our “contact us” page. Let us know what you are looking for and in most cases we can accommodate your needs and add the product in question to the store just for you.
We welcome you to email us so we can accommodate your needs. If by slight chance we are not able to source the product you desire, we can most definitely find you a replacement from a different manufacturer.
